- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love this practice, and I go across the hall to Penn Family Medicine. The staff is very friendly, however the wait time on the phone to speak to a nurse or make an appointment is unusually long.. Making an appointment isn't difficult though the more popular hours are harder to get within a reasonable amount of time, if you wait until the last minute to schedule your well checks; but if my daughter is sick I'm able to get her in right away. She has epilepsy, so they understand that any illness needs to be addressed immediately in order to reduce the possibility of seizures.February 02, 2017by Lauren M Pickard
